(An Indian CS Firm) is a multi- disciplinary firm of Company Secretaries, promoted by a Group of highly qualified and experienced professionals on 5th August, 2013 to offer a full range of services that inter-alia include Secretarial Audit, FEMA, SEBI Compliances, Audit & Representation and Company Law & NCLT matters.
CPA plays a role to provide input on business issues whilst maintaining an objectivity that gives assurance to all stakeholders in the internal and external environment.

The History
The firm was established in 2013 as a venture to navigate the various regimes of the profession. The firm gradually yet steadily expanded into unchartered domains and today has multiple offerings in the fields of Secretarial Audit, FEMA, SEBI Compliances, Audit & Representation and Company Law & NCLT matters. Taking more people on board has added to our strength and capacity over time.
